Yes, our items are freshly handmade in our kitchens everyday from 6.30am! Rest assured all our items are made daily!
All our products are all handmade and we sincerely apologise if our paus sometimes do not look identical to each other. We will always do our very best to provide the best quality pau for you!
We would recommend customers who are not planning on consuming our pau immediately after purchase to get cold pau instead of the hot one so as to not affect the quality of the pau. Our paus are freshly made daily and unless you are purchasing the pau for immediate consumption, we would recommend getting the cold (room temperature) paus and heat it up prior to eating!
If you are planning to consume any of our products over the next few days, please store them in the fridge!
For meat paus, they can last a day outside and up to 4 days in the fridge. If you would like them to last longer, you can store them in the freezer where they can last up to a month.
For sweet paus, they can last a day outside, up to a week in the fridge and a month in the freezer.
For our rice dumplings, they can last a day outside and up to a week in the fridge.

For our cookies, please refer to the expiration date on the bottom of the bottle.
For our traditional mooncakes, they can last up to 4 weeks in room temperature.
For our snowskin mooncakes, they can last up to 2 months in the freezer.
For small paus, please steam them with a low fire for 8 minutes or until the paus are soft.
For the bigger paus, please steam them with a low fire for 10 minutes or until the paus are soft.
For our rice dumplings, we recommend submerging the dumplings in a pot of water (please ensure there is at least 1 inch of water above the dumplings) and boiling it with low fire. Once the water has started boiling, turn the heat off and let it simmer for 10 minutes
For our tapioca kueh, you can either steam it or heat it up in the toaster oven or a regular oven till warm.
All our paus in our hampers have to be cold so that they do not create condensation on the packing and affect the quality of our products. We are very sorry but we are unable to provide hot pau for any hamper packaging. We highly recommend customers to steam/heat the buns prior to consumption for the best experience.

Yes we do! Although not extensive, we have a selection of foods that are suitable for vegetarians and you can find them under our vegetarian tab in our product list! We will indicate in the product description if it contains any dairy or eggs should you be unable to consume those ingredients.
Unfortunately, a majority of our products are not gluten free but we will work on catering to those we are unable to consume gluten!

All prices stated on our website are inclusive of GST (goods and service tax)
The payment methods we offer are Paypal, Bank Transfer, PayNow and Cash on Delivery.
Please note that you do not require a Paypal account for payment on Paypal, you may continue to Guest Checkout for payment using a Credit/Debit Card.
Please note that Cash on Delivery is only applicable to self-collection orders and for delivery orders above $150.00. We apologise that we are unable to accept Cash on Delivery payment method for deliveries below $150.00 as deliveries under $150.00 will be made by our third party courier partners.
Please call us at 6345 8220 between 8am to 10pm and we can assist you straight away! We are open every day from Monday to Sunday.
Delivery & Collection
We deliver to all locations except Jurong Island, restricted airlines and cargo areas (such as airport cargo complexes, and airline roads) and other locations that are not on mainland Singapore.
Please kindly note that there will be a $8 surcharge for deliveries to locations in Sentosa, Tuas, Military camps and restricted areas.
Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to addresses within Singapore. If you would like to place an order for an overseas delivery, please kindly email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to arrange it for you.
Self-collection is free of charge! Self-collection is available at our Joo Chiat Branch from Mondays to Sundays between 10am to 9pm.
We offer free delivery for orders above $150.00!
For orders below $150.00, delivery is made through our third party courier partner. The delivery fee is a flat rate $12 islandwide & $20 for Tuas & Sentosa. You may select your preferred delivery date and timing during check out. Our delivery timings are between 11am to 7pm daily.

Our main branch is a shop house and there is an open space car park opposite our shop. The nearest MRT is Dakota MART station (CC8) and bus 16 stops right in front of our shop.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer same day delivery. However, if you have an urgent order, you can always call us at 6345 8220 and we will try our best to help you with the order!
Yes we do! For orders placed before 12pm, we will be able to do next day delivery. For orders placed after 12pm, we will deliver the day after.
Our delivery times are between 11am to 7pm. If you would like to have your order delivered at an earlier timing, you can call us at 6345 8220 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to have it arranged for you.
Amendments, cancellation, refund & exchange
Orders can be cancelled or amended at least 24 hours ahead of the delivery time. To cancel or amend your order, please kindly contact us at 6345 8220 or email us at email@example.com. Should you choose to refund your order, the value of the order will be credited as a store credit to your account and not as a direct refund.
Please contact us at 6345 8220 to check on the delivery status. We will be able to provide you with details on the order and will assist you with any help that you need should the delivery was unsuccessful or not made.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be offered for uncollected items. If you are unable to come by on the collection date, please kindly contact us at 6345 8220 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours before your collection date so that we can amend your collection date or arrange a delivery for you.
We would encourage you to check your items upon delivery to make sure that all items received are in order. If the items you received are damaged upon delivery, please kindly call us at 6345 8220 or email us at email@example.com and we will make alternative arrangements or arrange replacements for you.
We will not be responsible for any damages made after the delivery or collection has been made.
